Mandy S – Business Development - Corporate Leadership – Entrepreneur

Mandy has more than 20 years experience as a director, manager, and employee development within various sectors of healthcare across multiple cities throughout the county. She served as senior corporate director, managing multiple local teams in multiple regions across the United States. She has experience in managing and developing high performing business development and sales teams in Texas, South Carolina, Tennessee, Kentucky, Ohio, Michigan, and more. She earned her first degree as a Respiratory Care Practitioner in 2000, where she practiced in acute care as well as post-acute care. She also holds a bachelor's degree in health sciences and healthcare administration. Her experience spans DME, LTACH/Long Term Acute Care & Critical Illness Recovery, as well as IPR/In Patient Rehabilitation. She worked for Apria Healthcare from 2004 to 2012 (DME, Home Respiratory/Vents & Infusion). She then went on to work for Select Medical in increasing responsibility from 2014 to2022, as a Corporate Regional Director of Business Development (LTACH/Critical Illness Recovery). She then worked for PAM Health from 2022 to 2023 as a Regional Vice President of Strategy in Business Development (IPR). Mandy is a joint owner of Salisbury Farms, LLC, which is the parent company to Salisbury Vineyards. She is a joint owner in affiliate broker services wholesale trading and commodities platform, specializing in smart contract and blockchain technology, enabling trustless simplified transactions to take place between parties anywhere in the world. She is joint owner of a design and build company in Houston, TX, where she provides business development leadership. She has been privileged to develop and participate in organizational development, employee development, corporate training planning and implementation. She works independently as a corporate consultant. She enjoys contributing to the growth of people and business.
